Students will learn basic SUP technique , develop great paddling skills, flexibility, and improve overall balance while exploring the beautiful waters of Isle of Palms, SC. Class instruction combines practices from Pilates (strengthening) and Yoga (balance / flexibility), and students can expect to try plank, push ups, sit ups, and other core blast exercises while on the board!
